LOOM WOVEN DOWN CHAMBERS STRETCH NYLON-TC
Down vest made of a light stretch nylon that, with a special weaving technique, automatically creates, from the loom, the compartments where the feather padding is then injected. The seams are thus avoided, with the advantage of substantially increasing the seal of the feather inside the chambers. The finished garment is padded with direct injection with the finest feathers, specifically treated to resist garment dyeing. The fabric and accessories on the garment, including the zip, are engineered to respond to the dyeing process. The addition of a special agent to the dyeing recipe makes the garment anti-drop.
